Thank you for visiting us for your Holiday photos. If you have a questions or concern, please read the following FAQ's. If you don't get your questions answered and need additional assistance, please fill in the contact form and we will reach out to you within 24 hours of your submission.
Q. I need to change my reservation.
A. Go to your confirmation email and log in. Click “make changes” and select a new day and/or time that is available. If none are available fill out the contact form and we will reach out to you to help get you rescheduled.
Q. I’m running late to my reservation.
A. You can proceed to the Santa set, check in with the reservation host upon your arrival. They will work you in as soon as time allows.
Q. Where is the Santa set located?
A. Go to your mall/location website and click on the link for Santa. There should be an FAQ section that will give the exact location of Santa at your mall/location.
Q. I would like to share feedback on my experience.
